Many times we are presented with other weapons by the enemy. You know, someone else is better than you, You just won't get past this one, You are too weak or even no one loves you. The enemy just never stops. This morning however we have a blessed assurance...

Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine
Oh what a foretaste of glory divine
Heir of salvation, Purchase of God
Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood
 Yes... We do have a blessed assurance... That Jesus is ours. And the song goes on... Oh what a foretaste of glory divine. This is something that i had not thought of before. This assurance gives us a foretaste of glory divine. It brings peace , Joy and confidence just to know Christ is for us.

I do not know what your struggle is today or what your greatest need is but be assured this morning, having Christ is an assurance that everything will be okay. For greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.

We've heard it said countless times that when it comes to talking to God, there's no sort of perfect way to it. What matters most is the state of our hearts.  A broken and contrite heart- these, He will not despise. A good number of people say music gets them through pretty much everything. The truth is that music is powerful. However there have been times in my life when nothing made sense. When I say nothing I mean even the songs that would normally be very helpful were simply just nicely arranged words with a melody.
