ABLE TO DO...


It is written that God will honour the desires of your heart(Psalms 34:7). This is because it is Him who works in us both to will and to act according to His will (Philipians 2:13) and that is why the expectations of the righteous will not be cut short. (Proverbs 23:18)

We believe for so much and at times it is like we are at the verge of losing hope. Sometimes we are like, "God you promised. I did not ask for this word over my life but you did say you will do it. Now I need to see your word come true. I know your time is the best, so even if it is not today or tomorrow I will lean on your promises. You have done it before, you are still doing it for your children and I know you will continue to make due your promises."
I just feel like encouraging someone who is just hanging on, that this song is for you today. God is still in the business of keeping His word. He will not let you down. He does not go back on His word. Sometimes you will need to just keep singing that He will come through, even when the odds are against you, just to keep your heart in tune. He is never late. He is always on time.

Then Jesus asked who the disciples thought he was, and Peter replied, "The Messiah, the Son of the Living God." Jesus went ahead and declared a blessing over Peter for knowing whom He was. We've heard it said countless times that when it comes to talking to God, there's no sort of perfect way to it. What matters most is the state of our hearts.  A broken and contrite heart- these, He will not despise. A good number of people say music gets them through pretty much everything. The truth is that music is powerful. However there have been times in my life when nothing made sense. When I say nothing I mean even the songs that would normally be very helpful were simply just nicely arranged words with a melody.
