THRONE


As we worship at your throne
Let your glory fall
As we gather at this Holy ground
We are creating a space
For You to habitate 
We've set our minds to seek your face 
 God inhabits the praises of His people. He is moved by the sincere heart that adores Him. He is looking for a worshiper who will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. So as we are making plans for this week,

Are we seeking His face in our plans?
Are we creating a space for Him to habitate?
In whose glory are we walking?

The steps of a righteous man are ordered by God. May our hearts remain God's throne and as Jesus found favor in the eyes of God and men, may God cause His glory to shine on us to draw men to Him.

We all care. Most of us like to say we do not really care what anyone thinks about us but truth is that deep down we really do. Sometimes things go dark. So dark that life ceases to make sense... Sometimes things go wrong and just when we think they can't get any worse they actually do... Sometimes we get weak...or as we like to say, life happens. This song, I believe, is for those times when life happens. Because those are the times we are prone to forget the truth we very much proclaim to know. We've heard it said countless times that when it comes to talking to God, there's no sort of perfect way to it. What matters most is the state of our hearts.  A broken and contrite heart- these, He will not despise. A good number of people say music gets them through pretty much everything. The truth is that music is powerful. However there have been times in my life when nothing made sense. When I say nothing I mean even the songs that would normally be very helpful were simply just nicely arranged words with a melody.
