YOU IN MY DAY

I am not ashamed to need God each and every moment of my life. To know that He is with me is my greatest relief and my desire is to see Him in every little detail of my days.



At the light of dawn I feel your warmth
Like the morning sun you are my morning star
The beauty of its rays reminds me of your Grace
And Love that you freely gave
True as in your word your mercies are new every morning
I have a hope I live for for You you woke me up this morning
To another great experience of your amazing glory

All through the morning I walk in awe of You
The noon sun has now its position high up on the dome
Telling me of how You are still watching my every move
Instructing my every step, Calculating my every breathe and preparing my every next
The wind's blow tells me of Your Spirit that circulates my plans
And even though the clouds are gathering for an evening shower
You already bestowed upon me the power
To dance in the rain and surf on the waves of the storm

Back to my structure of a home, The cold breeze refreshes my soul
The thought that you have ordered every single atom to perform a little task to put together an amazing and productive creation fills my heart with amazement
The stars now shining bright, playing a melody in their twinkle
So beautiful is the design of your heavenly articles
The moon guarding the skies, shining with a light that brings meaning to the time
And when I'm down to rest, Your peace speaks in my spirit
"I've got every step of your life," You say
And strong are the words of the promise as they were a thousand years ago
"I am with you always, until the end of age."

We all care. Most of us like to say we do not really care what anyone thinks about us but truth is that deep down we really do. It's just that some of us have slowly been sucked into approval addiction while some have gradually realized that it really shouldn't matter that much so we try not to let others' opinions sway us. REMEMBER

Sometimes things go dark. So dark that life ceases to make sense... Sometimes things go wrong and just when we think they can't get any worse they actually do... Sometimes we get weak...or as we like to say, life happens. This song, I believe, is for those times when life happens. Because those are the times we are prone to forget the truth we very much proclaim to know. Those  are the times we question our faith in God, we question His love for us, we question the very Words we so clearly heard Him speak to us. We've heard it said countless times that when it comes to talking to God, there's no sort of perfect way to it. What matters most is the state of our hearts.  A broken and contrite heart- these, He will not despise. A good number of people say music gets them through pretty much everything. The truth is that music is powerful. However there have been times in my life when nothing made sense. When I say nothing I mean even the songs that would normally be very helpful were simply just nicely arranged words with a melody.
