POWER IN KNOWING

What do you know? What do you claim to be the truth? What is your faith built on?


The mind is a place where dreams and a wholesome life is built and yet the same place where they are destroyed. Whatever we focus on affects us so much that it manipulates the kind of life we live. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the world of God. Knowing God is what builds our faith. Knowing the heart of God through the Holy Spirit is what makes us Love God more and know the power of the promises He gave for those who believe.

I know You love me
I know you found me
I know you saved me
And your grace will never fail
And while I'm waiting
I'm not waiting, I know heaven lives in me

 There is a rich life that God calls us to live. A life that is full of His divine touch because we are sons of the kingdom and those born of God overcome the world. Sadly not everyone taps into this glory. Not everyone is able to reach into the nature of God and allow it to manifest on the earth. We do not get born again to just have a hope of heaven but to bring down a bit of heaven to a hopeless world. We are only able to birth out God's glory and power once we too have been soaked in the same. That we will not have to say anything but the world will say, "You have been with this man Jesus" the way Peter was not able to hide his identity.
Victory is in what we know of God in us. No matter what odd the world gives we know greater is He in us than he that is in the world. We know God is for for us and when He is for us no one can stand against us. We know it so much that we live it, we follow it and produce it everywhere we go so that while we wait we are indeed not waiting for heaven already lives in us.

We all care. Most of us like to say we do not really care what anyone thinks about us but truth is that deep down we really do. It's just that some of us have slowly been sucked into approval addiction while some have gradually realized that it really shouldn't matter that much so we try not to let others' opinions sway us. REMEMBER

Sometimes things go dark. So dark that life ceases to make sense... Sometimes things go wrong and just when we think they can't get any worse they actually do... Sometimes we get weak...or as we like to say, life happens. This song, I believe, is for those times when life happens. Because those are the times we are prone to forget the truth we very much proclaim to know. We've heard it said countless times that when it comes to talking to God, there's no sort of perfect way to it. What matters most is the state of our hearts.  A broken and contrite heart- these, He will not despise. A good number of people say music gets them through pretty much everything. The truth is that music is powerful. However there have been times in my life when nothing made sense. When I say nothing I mean even the songs that would normally be very helpful were simply just nicely arranged words with a melody.
