I AM



Part 1 
God sends Moses to free the Israelites from Egypt and Moses says, "Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?”

God answers, “I AM
WHO I AM...."(Exodus3: 13,14.NKJV)



God is all sufficient. He is not just there when we need provision and clueless when we need wisdom. He is not only our Father but also our friend. He is Peace, Love, Joy, Shepherd, Healer, Counselor, Provider, Our Banner and so much more.



Isn't it such an encouragement to know that we can go to God for absolutely anything and not once will He tell us He is unable to come through for us?

He will correct us and His love will not reduce. He will lift us and His faithfulness will not waiver. He will forgive us and never rub our mistakes in our face to spur guilt. His blessings add no sorrow. This is the confidence we should walk in- we serve the Great I AM.



If you got pain- He's a pain taker

If you feel lost- He's a Way Maker

If you need freedom, or sabing He's a Prison-Shaking Saviour

If you got chains- He's a Chain Breaker

We all care. Most of us like to say we do not really care what anyone thinks about us but truth is that deep down we really do. It's just that some of us have slowly been sucked into approval addiction while some have gradually realized that it really shouldn't matter that much so we try not to let others' opinions sway us. REMEMBER

Sometimes things go dark. So dark that life ceases to make sense... Sometimes things go wrong and just when we think they can't get any worse they actually do... Sometimes we get weak...or as we like to say, life happens. This song, I believe, is for those times when life happens. Because those are the times we are prone to forget the truth we very much proclaim to know. Those  are the times we question our faith in God, we question His love for us, we question the very Words we so clearly heard Him speak to us. We've heard it said countless times that when it comes to talking to God, there's no sort of perfect way to it. What matters most is the state of our hearts.  A broken and contrite heart- these, He will not despise. A good number of people say music gets them through pretty much everything. The truth is that music is powerful. However there have been times in my life when nothing made sense. When I say nothing I mean even the songs that would normally be very helpful were simply just nicely arranged words with a melody.
