One of the things we grapple with as flawed human beings is the question of whether our loved ones will actually still stay when we show them the deepest parts of ourselves. We wonder if our parents will look at us the same if we ever told them we did something they believe we can't ever do. We wonder if our best friends will still
think the best of us if we admit to doing something we all condemn in our conversations. We wonder if those who look up to us will still do the same if they ever found out how broken we are on the inside. We wonder because in spite of the promises we voice to each other the fact still remains that we're human, and our hearts are deceptive. The truth is that sometimes we can't even look ourselves in the mirror when we think of the wrong turns we've made in life... so how can we expect someone else to overlook our flaws?
 It's so unusual, it's frightening
You see right through the mess inside me
And You call me out to pull me in
You tell me I can start again
And I don't need to keep on hiding
It therefore sounds very odd when we're told that there exists Someone who knows us through and through (Psalm  139:2-18) and still loves us. It is odd and hard to believe because really, who in their right mind would love someone who is pretty much inclined to mess up? It's one thing when you don't know someone so well and you're trying to see the best in them, but it's a whole other thing when you know the wrongs they have done and you even know the terrible mistakes they will make tomorrow and you just love them anyway. But you see, that's God's love for us because He is not like you and I(Isaiah 55:8-9).
 

I'm fully known...And loved by You
You won't let go...No matter what I do
And it's not one or the other
It's hard truth and ridiculous grace 
To be known- fully known...
And loved by You.



 We can take every step boldly knowing that we are boundlessly loved... we can let go of our past mistakes and live in freedom knowing that He does not hold anything against us(Psalm 103:11-12, Isaiah 42:25)... we can live unafraid of the mistakes we may make in the future because nothing can separate us from God's love(Romans 8:37-39). Above all, because of this Love we can live free from sin and bondage... we can be more like Christ. I pray that we may let go of all our tainted perceptions of what God's love for us is and walk in the freedom of His Truth today.
 ...that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height- to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

We all care. Most of us like to say we do not really care what anyone thinks about us but truth is that deep down we really do. It's just that some of us have slowly been sucked into approval addiction while some have gradually realized that it really shouldn't matter that much so we try not to let others' opinions sway us. REMEMBER

Sometimes things go dark. So dark that life ceases to make sense... Sometimes things go wrong and just when we think they can't get any worse they actually do... Sometimes we get weak...or as we like to say, life happens. This song, I believe, is for those times when life happens. Because those are the times we are prone to forget the truth we very much proclaim to know. Those  are the times we question our faith in God, we question His love for us, we question the very Words we so clearly heard Him speak to us. OF HONEST PRAYERS...

We've heard it said countless times that when it comes to talking to God, there's no sort of perfect way to it. What matters most is the state of our hearts.  A broken and contrite heart- these, He will not despise. A good number of people say music gets them through pretty much everything. The truth is that music is powerful. However there have been times in my life when nothing made sense. When I say nothing I mean even the songs that would normally be very helpful were simply just nicely arranged words with a melody.
